SWITCH to Green
SWITCH Asia is part of the EU Flagship initiative SWITCH to Green. Three regional programmes are promoted by the European Commission under this initiative: SWITCH Asia, SWITCH Africa Green and SWITCH Med. These were built on the experience and results achieved by the SWITCH-Asia programme launched in 2007.
SWITCH Africa Green
The overall objective of SWITCH Africa Green is to support 6 countries in Africa to achieve sustainable development by engaging in transition towards an inclusive green economy, based on sustainable consumption and production patterns, while generating growth, creating decent jobs and reducing poverty.
SwitchMed
SwitchMed is an initiative that supports and connects stakeholders to scale-up social and eco innovations in the Mediterranean.
SWITCH to Circular Economy Value Chains
Switch to Circular Economy Value Chains aims to support MSME (micro-, small, and medium sized) suppliers in developing countries in the value chains of large EU manufacturers and buyers to jointly identify, adopt, and excel in circular economy practices.
